Chairman & President (Hal Freiman) – Hal has over 20 years of experience occupying senior roles in the financial industry. From 1999-2002, he was the CEO and a Board member of Banco Hipotecario, the largest capitalized bank in Argentina. He was offered that role subsequent to the privatization in 1998. He was the Director of Quantum Dolfin Fund, an international equity investment fund.
From 1994-1996, Hal was the Director of Italian Leather Spa, Italian company which is one of the largest leather upholstery manufacturers in the world. Hal holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
Infrastructure Manager (James Tomaszewski) – James possesses over 15 years of cross-functional experience in telecommunications & information technology as consultant, manager and senior architect with focus in call center and telephony applications. He is a hands-on, motivated self-starter with proven skills in leadership, planning, strategizing, and spearheading IT directives. He is familiar with a variety of field concepts and best practices, and continuously stays informed on upcoming new telephony technology trends. Integral projects have included build out and support of a dot com infrastructure, and technology selection & integration for the primary client’s Mortgage Group contact center.
James has gained extensive experience from previous roles at Lockheed Martin & IBM. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL.
Development Manager (Sergey Zhikharev) – Sergey has over 7+ years of work experience in software companies – which are located in Russia and the USA – in geographically distributed multicultural environments. He has specialized in the development, support, and project management of n-tier, distributed, GUI and Web based applications, and legacy systems conversions. He is one of the leaders of Russian .NET community and a MCSD (MCAD, MCSD.NET) certified professional.
